Their offices, located in the bustling hub of Trafford Park, offer ample free parking on-site & while the position is full-time in the office, they understand the importance of flexibility in working hours.
The basic salary for this role is up to £28k & is based out of the office in Trafford Park (M17).
*The Role*
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee credit control & collections across multiple entities with a high volume of live customer accounts.
* Follow the company's collection procedures to minimise bad debt and ensure timely invoice collections.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
* Keep a close eye on customer credit limits and spending.
* Set up new customer accounts and run credit reports as needed.
* Produce reports on overdue accounts to make collection calls and suspend deliveries.
* Follow company procedures for high-risk customers, changes in ownership, business closures, and liquidation/administration.
* Assist in initiating legal proceedings when necessary.
* Provide ad-hoc accounts admin support.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes.
