Assistant Bar Manager - Fallow Schedule : Full-time Experience : Previous Experience as a Assistant Bar Manager in a high volume quality restaurant. We are currently recruiting a passionate Assistant Bar Manager to join our Fallow team. Position Overview: As the Assistant Bar Manager at Fallow Restaurants, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar operation, including crafting unique cocktails, creativity and innovation, and ensuring exceptional service at the bar. You will lead a team of skilled bartenders, inspiring them to deliver memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative cocktail menus that reflect seasonal trends and customer preferences. Curate a diverse and dynamic bar menu, ensuring exceptional quality and value for our guests. Train and mentor bartenders to deliver consistent, high-quality service and uphold company standards. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized bar area. Collaborate with the culinary team to create food and beverage pairings that enhance the overall dining experience. Stay informed about industry trends and developments, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement. Requirements: Proven experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or in a similar role in a high-volume, upscale establishment. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with a focus on creativity, sustainability and innovation. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with inventory management software and POS systems. Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
