Technical Sales Manager | Milton Park, Abingdon | £40,000pa - £50,000pa plus uncapped commission & benefits: MARS has partnered a pioneering specialist manufacturer based in Oxfordshire to support their recruitment of a Technical Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager to join a sales team who are operating globally, selling their capital equipment and sub-contract services to other manufacturers and academia. You will naturally be pro-active, with an inquisitive and questioning mind, who enjoys understanding how technology works. This role would suit an engineering or physics graduate with 3-5 years post university sales or business development experience. The role: The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales and promotion of our clients’ systems and subcontract, predominantly in the UK, Europe, and Rest of world (excluding the US). There may be some national and international travel required although this will only be two or three times per quarter. You will be tasked with the development of specific target Market Sectors and Application Areas within the territory.
