Data Manager - Hybrid Working

This is a strategic leadership position, integral to the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on enhancing the organisation's Data Strategy and working closely with C-Suite stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives. With an offshore team structure, experience in effective remote people management is essential to maintain seamless delivery and support an ambitious project pipeline. Develop and implement a forward-thinking Data Strategy. Collaborate closely with C-Suite executives to align data initiatives with business goals. Lead and inspire a talented team, driving high performance and continuous development. Oversee the design and implementation of Target Operating Models to optimise data processes. Ensure robust stakeholder engagement and provide thought leadership on data best practices. Strong track record in leading data transformation initiatives.
