An Independent Preparatory school in Redbridge for ages 3-11, with an excellent reputation, are looking for an experienced Headteacher to start as soon as possible. They are looking for someone who comes from a similar background and has leadership experience who can hit the ground running and create a positive impact on pupils, staff and the school’s environment, ultimately leading to a successful school structure and journey.
This school has recently been accredited with the “national Wellbeing Award for Schools” . The school’s academic performance speaks for itself as the results at 11+ are outstanding; in the last seven years, 113 scholarships and 673 places have been awarded by independent senior schools. A high number of grammar school places have also been awarded.

Preferred Skills
* Previous experience in a similar role such as a deputy headteacher
* Have a proven track record of successful leadership and interpersonal skills
* Is passionate about children’s learning and development.
* Committed to embedding a high standard of teaching and learning.
* Is able to motivate the whole school community.
