Requirements: Workday Payroll Certification (additional certifications in relevant Workday modules are advantageous). At least 4 years of experience in Workday Payroll implementations and configurations. Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and global payroll nuances. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Proven experience leading project teams and delivering successful payroll implementations. Ability to translate client payroll needs into scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations, configurations, and optimizations. Collaborate with clients to assess their payroll requirements and design tailored solutions. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to project teams. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and develop necessary documentation. Stay updated with the latest Workday Payroll features and best practices.
