Technical Compliance Manager

Technical Compliance Manager *Property Services / housing* *gas safety, electrical safety, legionella, fire risk and asbestos* *Hybrid - 3 days per week on site* The role Working for a housing association, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, evaluation, and management of compliance certificates across various Compliance disciplines. The role ensures that all certificates submitted by external managing agents meet required standards. Will be working on TSM (Tenant Satisfaction Measures) in particular the Technical Requirements. You need to be aware of the 5 compliance measures (*gas safety, electrical safety, legionella, fire risk and asbestos) and what is required to achieve compliance under normal circumstances and what is required to achieve compliance for TSM. You will manage a team of compliance officers. Key skills and experience: Must have managerial experience, who is well versed in different compliance workstreams within property services.
