This is an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor who wishes to further their career in the financial services industry. The salary is up to £33,000 per annum with an OTE of £65,000. Benefits and Package for a Mortgage Advisor: Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum OTE of £65,000 Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm and 11am - 7.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturday's 9am - 1pm Contract Type: Permanent Location: Fareham, Hampshire Uncapped commission structure Continued learning and development Free onsite parking Access to Employee Assistance Programme Key Responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor: Responding to customer enquiries and identifying customer needs Working off a database of pre-qualified leads, generated form enquiries and a lead generation team Handling new enquiries and providing advice on a range of products Advising customers on the best options regarding their mortgage Acting in accordance with current regulatory procedures Key Skills and Experience of a Mortgage Advisor: Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor is required Strong track record in generating sales Previous telephone-based experience would be advantageous Proactive with the ability to use own initiative Being organised with the ability to manage own workload is required If you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills and experience required, please apply now!
