Remote Support Technician

About the Company: Our ERP Software Vendor Client is seeking a Cloud Support Analyst to be responsible for running the organisation’s IT infrastructure and supporting a dynamic team of international colleagues. Working heavily with Microsoft cloud technologies, you will play a critical role in evolving and simplifying our systems, diagnosing and isolating issues, implementing solutions and driving efficiencies across the organisation. Collaborate across our business units to scope and deliver internal Cloud IT projects Manage and Support Cloud deployment for external customers as well as internal Support end-users and stakeholders Manage and support internal IT systems and infrastructure Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets Create and maintain documentation for cloud environments, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides Provide training to end-users on cloud applications and tools Ensure cloud services adhere to security policies and best practices A bachelor's degree in an IT related field, or similar IT industry experience At least three years’ experience in Cloud IT operations / administration / support role Business proficiency in English Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and tools in an enterprise setting Certifications in Microsoft Azure, M365, Microsoft Teams are beneficial ERP, or other Business Management Software Pay range and compensation package: Negotiable + Bonus
