What will you be doing? ·      Lead, manage and retain ISO and compliance across the business. ·      ISO Audit management and preparation of 27001, 9001 and 1400. ·      Streamlining current and future acquisitions in line with ISO processes. ·      Aligning newly acquired businesses with Global 4 ISO standards and practices. ·      Policy creation and leading internal process audits. ·      Assessing risks associated with ISO compliance and reporting any risks to the COO. ·      Escalating any areas of identified risk. ·      Leading compliance projects when required ·      Providing status updates to stakeholders ·      Working with external auditors, acting as the main point of contact for ISO matters What do we need from you? ·      Be highly motivated and able to work with autonomy with great time management. ·      Methodical with exceptional attention to detail. ·      High levels of organisation, diligence and flexibility, being able to adapt to deal with all kinds of situations. ·      Ability to communicate at all levels across the business. ·      Logical thinking and creative problem solving.
