We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our productive team at Damson Madder in North London. This role is a 3-month fixed contract role over the peak and festive period. This role has the opportunity to develop into a permanent role. If you are strong in presentation, problem-solving and have the right vision for the job, then apply for the position of Customer Service Representative at Damson Madder today We are looking for a customer service representative with at least 1 years' experience, ideally from within the fashion industry or in a retail environment. The role sits in the customer service team, reporting to the E-commerce Manager. This is a team role, so we are looking for someone who works well collaboratively. The successful candidate will have a good command of the English language, great problem solving skills and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Salary: £24,000 per annum Duties: • Respond to all customer queries via email and Instagram in a timely manner with understanding, attentiveness and a solution (through Gorgias) • Manage short orders by liaising between the customer and warehouse to resolve orders that are short on stock • Working closely with the design & technical teams relaying relevant product and customer feedback • Populate claim forms for any orders that are lost or damaged in transit • Action refunds to customers in a timely manner • Regularly liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders are sent promptly, smoothly and any problems are resolved quickly. • Working closely with the E-commerce manager to feed back customer satisfaction, comments and ways to improve the customer’s post purchase journey Requirements: • At least 1 years' online customer service experience ideally within the fashion industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficient computer skills • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting Beneficial: • Experience with Shopify and Gorgias (training can be provided) Benefits: • A creative and fun environment to learn and work in • A supporting and uplifting company culture • Hybrid working arrangements • Generous staff discount • Career growth potential Application: If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply for the position of Customer Service Representative.
