A Project Architect job is available in London, joining an award-winning practice with 2 offices across the UK, with a specialist background in Healthcare, Science and Technology and Higher Education. They are now looking to expand due to new confirmed projects.

Role & Responsibilities
- You will be directly reporting to the Project Directors and Associates
- Working as part of a team to deliver projects across the UK
- Current projects may require you to occasionally travel to site
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Working across the whole lifecycle of a project
- Demonstrate a good understanding of UK building regulations and law.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years post part III qualification experience
- Previous experience on healthcare projects
- Good communication skills and experience in undertaking briefings with healthcare professionals
- Experience working in ArchiCAD is desirable but not essential as training can be provided
- Previous experience working in BIM Level 2 is desirable
- Working knowledge of NHS design guidance HBN's and HTM's.
