Temporary Payrom Administrator - Payroll Bureau
Hours: 4-6 Months - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3 days a week), 9-5 daily
Location: Bideford
Salary: £11.60 per hour

As the Temporary Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing payroll operations for a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing while contributing to a seamless operation within the Payroll Bureau.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payrolls efficiently from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct data entry and submit RTI FPS to HMRC.
- Generate necessary reports, payslips, P45s, and pension files for clients.
- Support the team leader and collaborate with colleagues to enhance workflow.
- Handle year-end processing and other payroll-related tasks.
- Liaise with clients to address queries and verify accurate data.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a payroll bureau environment is preferred.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in payroll software.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
