Supply Chain Planner

A detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner is needed to join a small supply chain team for a large manufacturing site in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will be available immediately or on a short notice period. Client Details Our client is a large global leader in the industrial/manufacturing sector. Description As the Supply Chain Planner you will be responsible for: Supporting with the creation of master production schedule Supporting with the material plan to ensure components are available in the right areas at the right time Ensuring the continuity of production to meet customer demand Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to minimise risks within the supply chain Profile The successful Supply Chain Planner should have: Previously worked in a role within Supply Chain, in a manufacturing environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentJob Offer Hourly rate c£18ph Minimum 12 month contract Hybrid working (3 days on-site for training, then 2 days) 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayWe encourage all candidates who believe they possess the necessary skills and experience to apply for this exciting opportunity
