THE ROLE We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or F.ILEX with 5 years of PQE experience. To give pragmatic and timely legal advice whilst supporting the legal and operational requirements of the Bank. Review existing material contracts and significant contracts to ensure compliance with Operational resilience requirements. To identify and address any regulatory gaps. Support key stakeholders manage Third Party Risks Draft, review, negotiate and advise on Third Party and Customer agreements. Develop and implement legal policies. ABOUT YOU Experience with supporting MLRO on investigation and reporting. Knowledge of working with a risk management system. Strong understanding of PRA and FCA rules are desirable. A working knowledge of the banking sector is also desirable. We are looking for someone with an ability recognise and deal with legal issues whilst collaborating with stakeholders and thinking outside the box.
