This spans from their design of projects through to interal operating systems. The Role Be the initial point of contact for estimating enquiries assessing size of project. The ability to lead and create inspirational design concepts and schemes through mood imagery and effectively communicate them to the client. Commercial awareness and ability to set up excel schedules, complete quotations and control FF&E budgets for individual interior packages. The capability of quality controlling all aspects of the design process, procurement & supply chain. Ensure work is planned and estimates are completed in a timely manner. Keeping up to date with emerging trends in the hospitality sector is a must. Up to date knowledge of furniture, lighting suppliers and their products on varied budgets Effective negotiation skills and ability to build supplier and client relationships Experience on project stages from conception to completion Provide margin analysis at point of tender return/adjudication with Commercial Director Ability to build effective working relations with people at all levels across Revivalist, the Concorde BGW Group and externally. Responsible for ensuring all costs/variations throughout the project are captured and communicated to the team internally and externally. Assist with managing projects efficiently, within schedule and within budget in close co-operation with the project team to help deliver projects on time. Ability to manage time and work flow of projects efficiently. Provide detailed subcontractor and material supplier cost analysis, ensuring compliance and best value
