People Advisor
Location: Lewes
Salary: £35,000- £38,000 per annum

The Role
As a People Advisor, you ll provide expert guidance to managers and colleagues, support key change initiatives, and ensure smooth people processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Offering HR advice across the colleague lifecycle
- Managing colleague relations, performance, and absence
- Supporting People projects and policy development
- Overseeing People administration and data management
Skills and Qualifications
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- CIPD qualification Level 5
- Strong communication, organisation, and HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A proactive, positive attitude with attention to detail
Other useful skills and experience:
- Experience in an educational, residential, or health setting
