Once something is a passion, there’s always motivation” – Michael Schumacher Automotive Service Manager required in Lincoln up to £38,000 + OTE Monday to Friday – no weekends Our client, an expanding and progressive Automotive Service Centre is now recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business and become an integral part of the Service Department maximizing profit alongside nurturing the staff and their development. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the service team to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient operations. * Oversee the scheduling of service appointments and workflow in the garage. * Ensure effective communication between customers, service advisors, and technicians. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally. * Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering. * Implement and monitor performance metrics to continually improve service delivery.
