Benefits Competitive pay rate £18.10 per hour Overtime premium rates apply Enhanced holiday package & pension Fully funded, ongoing training & development opportunities Weekly pay Free training provided inclusive of E-Learning and face-to-face Short and long-term contracts available Free uniform Employee Assistance Programme Access to high street, retail and leisure discounts Requirements Degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent is essential 2 Year's post graduate experience in a similar role Current professional membership required Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting including an enhanced Access NI check and compliance due to the nature of this work Up to date Immunisation records to complete a full occupational health review Ability to build rapport with ease Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective time management and prioritisation skills Responsibilities Prioritise, assess and manage own patient caseload In-depth awareness of relevant legislation and trends in Health and Social Care Evidence of expert clinical knowledge to provide appropriate assessment/intervention Work autonomously to undertake comprehensive standardised and non-standardised assessments in all aspects of occupational performance Deliver a service, which meets all organisational and professional responsibilities Prepare/present appropriate specialist professional reports as required Communicate effectively with patients and ensure there is an understanding of their condition Promote and support effective team working, fostering a culture of openness and transparency Support the service's leadership team Maintain a high level of safety to ensure all service users are kept safe Randstad Care acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
