Commercial Gas Engineer

Commercial Gas Engineer Main Purpose: To ensure the operation and condition of all site assets are maintained and are operating as they should and according to the requirements of the client. To attend breakdowns within the allocated response time of the contract. To fault find, repair and rectify faults accurately. Day to Day Duties: To carry out PPM checks and scheduled maintenance procedures on all site Heat plant and associated systems and services. Be the 1st line reactive response within the time to any faulty assets, to diagnose and rectify the fault. Perform remedial, upgrades, retrofits and replacements works Ordering of replacement parts To leave all plant and equipment in a safe condition in accordance to current GAS Safe regulations To ensure that all work is performed in accordance to current GAS safe regulations Working closely with Service Desk and assisting other engineers on site when required. Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years experience in PPM, diagnostics, repair, remedial works and small works on full commercial boiler plant, heating systems associated pipe work and control systems. Desirable: Experienced in the service and maintenance of combustion management systems Qualifications: ACS Commercial Gas: CCN1, CENWAT, COCN1 / CODNCO1, CDGA1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1a, BMP1 Where required: CORT1, TPCP1, CCP1 TPBN1_UKTJ
