Software Analyst Dorchester Full time Permanent Position Up to £35,000 per annum DOE Pin Point Recruitment are excited to be supporting our client in Dorchester, due to the constant growth of their team, they are seeking a well organised and detail-oriented Software Analyst to join their team! Summary of the Role: The ideal Software Analyst for this role, will need to have a strong analytical mindset and enthusiasm for technology. You will be supporting projects, from planning, requirements management, thorough testing processes to completion of the project. Experience in software isn’t necessary however you will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and eager to learn and understand engineering projects. All projects range from small focused applications to large integrated systems. Being able to adapt, plan and manage tasks, organise effectively, accurate recording and be proactive to ensure that all project goals have been met in line with the company’s’ legislations and regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Support Project Planning: Assist in defining project requirements and planning development phases, ensuring a clear path from concept to completion. * Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides and test plans-this gives clarity and consistency across the team. * Task Breakdown and Coordination: To break down complex project requirements into structured tasks. To communicate with development teams, so a high-quality finish to projects are completed. * Requirements Management: Obtain, monitor, observe and manage project requirements, so this ensures a smooth alignment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Quality Assurance: Support testing and validation procedures, coordinating with the engineers and team to ensure functionality and performance of final products. * Communication: To provide clear communication to stakeholders, resolving any issues and delivering regular updates on project status.
