Quantity Surveyor

You will have the opportunity to join a friendly, professional and ambitious team working on a huge variety of projects within the buildings and property sectors. With an incredible clientele on board - this is a fantastic growth opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work towards becoming an integral part of a business and moving to the next step in their career. Your responsibilities will be (but not limited to) Managing all project costs from pitch to completion. Inspecting and valuing completed work Authorising sub-contractor applications and payments. Making Variation order Conducting meetings with the client about any issues onsite. Developing strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors. Preparation of interim valuations and final accounts as per contractual deadlines in connection with live projects, for the client's approval. Assist in the production of cost value reports and forecast cash recovery and ensure that both are kept in line with the target.
