Head Chef - Sustainable Upscale British Gastro Pub Location: Chelsea, Southwest London Salary: £50,000 The Head Chef Role: As the Head Chef, you will have control over the kitchen's day-to-day operations, closely collaborating with directors to uphold the seasonal ingredient sourcing and menu concept. Your role will involve managing and training a team, creating and cooking a seasonal daily-changing menu, monitoring and achieving budgeted food margins, demonstrating for the kitchen table, ensuring 5-star food and kitchen safety standards, and training front-of-house on dishes and seasonal changes. We are looking for a Head Chef with previous experience in a similar restaurant and with exceptional leadership skills, fostering a positive working environment Head Chef Benefits: 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
