About the role:
We’re seeking a passionate and creative EYFS Teacher to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that foster curiosity and confidence in young children. Working within a small, dedicated team, you’ll have the freedom to create a vibrant classroom environment that supports exploration, imagination, and a love of discovery.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s formative years and to play a key role in their educational journey. The role is full-time, with a start date of ASAP, and requires a commitment to long-term growth within the school.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Proven experience within the EYFS, ideally in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and its practical application.
• Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, tailoring lessons to meet individual needs and learning goals.
• Collaborate with other EYFS staff to share best practices and develop cohesive learning strategies.
• Engage parents in their children’s learning journey, providing feedback and encouraging participation in school activities.
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment where children feel confident and valued.
