Join us as a Customer Service & Operations Adviser in Lending OperationsTake on a new role, where you’ll have the chance to work with a collaborative and supportive teamWe’ll look to you to support with the promotion and delivery of lending to customers, as you maintain the highest standards of service throughout the processThis is an opportunity for you to progress your career, as we’ll take a real investment in your development towards professional qualificationsYour time will be split between client meetings, collaborating with colleagues in our Manchester office, minimum one day a week, or as required, with the remainder working remotelyWhat you'll doAs a Customer Service & Operations Adviser, you’ll be working closely with relationship management teams to generate business from customers and prospective customers. Day-to-day, you’ll be helping to shape transactions and prepare, submit and manage credit applications through to their drawdown. You’ll also be supporting your customers directly through this process, liaising between them and third parties for all lending requirements.Your responsibilities will include:Fully implementing processes including limit renewals, lending and security documentation and new lending fulfilmentsWorking with relationship managers to complete all required steps with credit, including instructing valuations, security and credit documentationProviding support to relationship managers in achieving income growth from existing and new customersThe skills you'll needWe’re looking for someone who has an understanding of credit and account opening systems and processes. In order to deliver excellent customer service, you’ll have strong communication skills and good attention to detail.You’ll also need:Knowledge of business lending processes and schemesThe ability to build and apply product and process knowledge to your roleGood planning and organisational skillsThe ability to perform well under pressureWhat else you need to knowWe’re here for our customers when it’s most convenient for them so you’ll need to work flexibly.HoursFull time – 35hrsPermanentYou’ll typically be working 9am - 5pm Monday to FridayYou'll enjoy a comprehensive structured training programme, and on-going coaching and support to enhance your development and open up progression opportunities.
