Contracts Manager

About the role of Contract Manager:

Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across Oxfordshire, for a leading residential developer.

Overseeing multiple traditional build housing schemes, ranging from 50 to 250+ units. Managing a team of multiple Project and Site Managers to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.

Responsibilities for Contract Managers

• Manage a team of around to 4 Senior Managers.
• Helping to implement new procedures
• Overseeing multiple sites, at various stages
• Liaising with clients

Requirements for Contract Manager:

• Worked on multiple large traditional build residential schemes.
• Taken projects from planning to handover.
• Good Man Management skills.
