This Accounts Payable role will play a crucial part in the Accounting & Finance team of a company in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the processing, recording, and payment of invoices and expenses.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
Processing and verifying invoices and expenses with accuracy and timeliness
Preparing payments by verifying documentation and obtaining necessary authorisations
Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and transactions
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information
Maintaining confidentiality of organisational information
Contributing to the team's efforts by accomplishing related tasks as neededProfile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Experience with SAP is desirable
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.Job Offer
