My client are a well established housing developer and contractor delivering projects including new build housing, apartments, and student accommodation schemes. They're looking for a Site Manager to join their team and work on a £2.5m grade II listed building which is being converted into apartments. The Role: As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of the project, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Lead and manage luxury a residential project from inception to completion. Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradesmen, and on-site staff. Health & Safety: Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources. Client Relations: Liaise with clients, architects, and designers to ensure their visions are realised.
