Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Manager to join our team. As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process of our products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can effectively manage and supervise a team to achieve exceptional results. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the finishing department, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to team members - Ensure that all finishing processes are carried out according to established procedures and quality standards - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and ensure efficient production schedules - Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality requirements - Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize efficiency and productivity - Train new employees on finishing techniques, safety protocols, and company policies - Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, scrap rates, and labor hours - Monitor inventory levels of finishing supplies and equipment, and coordinate orders as needed - Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees Experience: - Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a finishing department or similar manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of finishing techniques, equipment, and materials - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and continuous improvement - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues or challenges that arise during the finishing process If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering high-quality finished products, we encourage you to apply for this position.
