CLASS 2 HIAB DRIVER MONDAY - SATURDAY: START TIMES 08.00 £14.50 PER HOUR People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our well-established client based in the Motherwell area for ongoing works. Benefits As a Class 2 HIAB Driver you will receive the following benefits: • Excellent Hourly Rates • Ongoing Work • Weekly Pay • Site Canteen • Training Provided • Immediate Starts • Employee Well-being Programme Rates of Pay: • Basic: £14.50 per hour Day to Day Duties Your duties as a Class 2 HIAB Driver will involve but not be limited to: • Delivery of timber and various building materials in the local area • Operate and drive various Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections • Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers • Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management • Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed operating a HIAB/lorry mounted crane Essential Skills As a Class 2 HIAB Driver you will need to: • Hold a valid UK Category C Licence • Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving Category C vehicles • No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes • Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card • Must be able to speak and read a good level of English • Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills • Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations • Experience operating a HIAB/lorry mounted crane, especially HOOK Desirable Experience • Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial • Previous experience in multi drop experience will be beneficial Training Driver's Assessment will have to be completed After successful Assessment, there will be a one day paid induction Apply Apply today by clicking below TPBN1_UKTJ
