Marketing Manager

Location: Stockport Salary: £30K DOE Job Type: Full-time onsite Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the company's property offerings and services effectively. Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (SEO, PPC, social media), print, email marketing, and events. Create and oversee content for websites, brochures, email newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with sales and lettings teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers, such as digital agencies, graphic designers, and printers. Track and analyse campaign performance, preparing regular reports on key metrics (ROI, website traffic, lead generation, etc.). Lead branding and positioning initiatives to strengthen the company's image in the property market. Oversee and optimize the company's website, ensuring it remains updated with fresh content and is SEO-friendly. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.Skills and Experience Required Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Understanding of the property market and its key dynamics. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines. Analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
