Job Title: Client Director - Business Development/Sales Company Overview: A dynamic and growing consulting business and technology transformation firm is seeking to hire a Client Director . The firm specializes in business transformation, AI and data-driven solutions and operates at the forefront of innovation within both public and private sectors. They provide a comprehensive range of services including Recruit/Train/Deploy programs, Managed Services, Resource Augmentation, and Consulting Services. Position Overview: The Client Director will lead client engagement efforts, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple industries. This strategic role involves identifying commercial opportunities for business and technology transformation and overseeing the full lifecycle of the deal. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within both public and private sector clients. Lead the identification and pursuit of business opportunities, aligning the firm's AI and data solutions with clients’ transformation goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and support. Research and identify new business opportunities including but not limited to: new markets, areas of growth, new costumers, new partnerships, new and existing sales opportunities, new affiliations, new products and/or services and new methods of market penetration. Seek and identify key stakeholders and decision makers, forge relationships and create opportunities to build, develop and grow both new and existing accounts. Foster relationships with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders within the business. Liaise with the marketing, operations, and wider sales teams to convey BD strategies and maintain consistent fluid communication. Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape, particularly in the areas of AI, data, and digital transformation. Work closely with the leadership team to shape and refine the company’s go-to-market strategy. Requirements: Proven experience in a Client Director or similar senior client-facing role within the technology, staffing, or business transformation sectors. Strong knowledge and understanding of AI, data, and digital transformation trends and technologies. Experience managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders in both public and private sectors. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Why Join This Role?
