New Plumber position in Chelsea. Have you just finished an assignment and looking for your next role? * Position: Plumber * Start date: Monday 21st October * Contract type: Freelance * Location: Chelsea, London * Pay rate: £24 p/hour * Duration: 3 months * Xenon Recruitment contact: Bronte Broome The project: A traditional build development of 46x new apartments. The role: Your role will involve but not be limited to: * Finding the source of leaks and blockages * Fixing or replacing broken parts * Testing the plumbing system * Collaborating with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals * Following building plans and blueprints * Responding to, diagnosing, and resolving plumbing emergencies About you: * Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, EMS, SMSTS, First Aid at Work) * Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential * Strong organisational and time management skills
