IT Support Engineer

Madisons recruitment are searching for an IT Support Technician based in Hertfordshire Key Responsibilities: Support Technician: • Delivering technical support via phone, email, and end-users, distributors, and internal teams. • Assisting with pre-sale product selection and specifications. • Handling post-sale inquiries, including installation, setup, and troubleshooting. • Collaborating with suppliers and QA teams to address technical equipment challenges. • Providing technical guidance to the Marketing department for content creation. Experience & Qualifications: • Previous experience in a technical support role is advantageous. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
