Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities: * Installation of Packaging Machinery Lines: Lead the installation and setup of advanced packaging systems. * Technical Assistance: Provide expert support across the UK, Ireland, and other territories. * Sales Support: Offer technical expertise to assist the sales team. * International Travel: Opportunities to support overseas operations and attend training abroad. * Performance Goals: Help meet and exceed business objectives with your technical expertise. What We’re Looking For: * Proven Experience: Strong background in mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic processes. * Technical Skills: Knowledge of tray sealers, thermoformers, pot fillers, and basic PLC functionality. * Language Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Fluency in Italian is a plus. * Problem-Solver: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. * Travel-Ready: Flexibility to travel on short noticer. * IT Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite. * Team Player: Collaborative with a focus on customer satisfaction.
