Room Leader

Do you have nursery leadership experience? Are you looking for a senior nursery position? Do you want to work for a nursery where you can achieve your career goals? We are recruiting an experienced nursery room leader in Whiteley, Fareham. This is one of the busiest nurseries in the local area with places for 130 children. You will be a working closely with a very experienced manager, who will guide you as you lead your team of practitioners and apprentices. You must have experience working in a busy nursery and have acted as a room leader or worked in a similar position before. You must have a minimum level 3 Early Years qualification to be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will: • Have at least 6 months experience working within a nursery in a similar position. • Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification. • Have a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. • 10-year checkable work/education history. • Proof of ‘Right to Work in the UK’ What we are looking for: • Real passion for education and learning. • Demonstrate the ability to cultivate positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues • Adaptable and reliable. • Be able to use your own initiative to work as part of a team • Have experience of the UK curriculum; minimum 6 months.
