The rapidly growing EU Central DSP Management team works across multipleEuropean countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with DeliveryService Partners (DSPs) who deliver directly to our customers. We are seekinga candidate who is ready to take ownership of strategic programs andinitiatives, utilizing strong analytical and project management skills. Theprojects managed by this individual will have a direct impact on how wecompensate DSPs across our European network. This role can be based in any of Amazons HQ offices within the EU (includingLondon, Munich, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Luxembourg). Key job responsibilities - Leading strategic programs and initiatives to support the overallprofitability of EU DSP Partners. - Developing processes and mechanisms to address current challenges andenable the scaling of our growing business. - Conducting root cause analyses to assess the financial health of ourdelivery partners and creating scalable processes for these assessments. - Reporting key metrics and program updates to senior leadership, with theability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations. About the team The rapidly growing EU Central DSP Management team works across Europeancountries to optimise our end-to-end relationships with the Delivery ServicePartners (DSPs) who deliver directly to our customers. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- - A degree - - Relevant experience in account management in a fast-paced environment - - Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel,Outlook) in a professional environment - - Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such ascustomer, partner, or business performance issues ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution - Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, includingyour peers and leadership - A bachelor’s, master’s or advanced degree in business management,economics, law, engineering or supply chain and logistics Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
