Production Scientist
Department: R&D/Manufacturing
Job Purpose:
Join a dynamic R&D team as a Production Scientist. You will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing process for innovative reagents used in R&D projects and external pilot studies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain manufacturing processes, including raw material receipt and quality control.
Manufacture a diverse range of reagents for R&D and external studies.
Design and conduct stability trials and quality control tests.
Collaborate with R&D teams to transfer projects from development to manufacturing.Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field.
Proven experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, preferably within a science-based company.
Proficiency in working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate records.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desired Skills (Not Essential):
Experience with Quality Management Systems and adherence to standards like ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
Prior experience in manufacturing or dispensing processes.
