Description Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Hours: Mon Fri 8am - 5pm (40-hour week). In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the marketing strategy and enhancing brand awareness, all while adopting a hands-on approach to lead generation and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and drive MQL lead generation across both online and offline channels. Manage HubSpot CRM and optimise their WordPress website, ensuring content is fresh and engaging. Oversee social media accounts, crafting content that resonates with their audience. Collaborate across teams to create marketing and sales collateral that supports business objectives. Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations across all marketing activities. Whats in it for you? Variety of Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the marketing strategy, maintaining a hands-on approach while effectively delegating tasks to both in-house and external resources. Requirements At least three years' experience in a B2B marketing role. Experience marketing for the construction or fit-out sectors is desirable. Strong digital marketing background with proficiency in utilising CRMs and familiarity with CMSs such as WordPress. Proven success in generating leads and developing company branding.
