The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the company.

• Develop and maintain strong client and business relationships
• Advise on and sell effective candidate attraction solutions
• Assess and respond to client needs for each assignment
• Source and brief candidates on client opportunities
• Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer
• Negotiate salary and complete employment offers between candidate and client
• Provide CV, interview, and career advice
• Network and complete Business Development in high volume
