General Manager - Plant Hire

Vanrath has partnered one of Ireland's leading plant hire and equipment rental companies. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead a well-established team across two sites and embrace the culture and structure of the company. Salary Highly competitive salary and benefits package Excellent benefits included. Key Responsibilities: Inspire and lead teams at two locations, offering guidance and support. Ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Work collaboratively with various departments across the organisation to uphold quality and efficiency. Oversee the on-boarding and training of new employees, including managing probationary processes. Uphold high standards of housekeeping and safety. Supervise all commercial activities, tracking expenses and minimising waste. Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of recent management experience within the manufacturing, construction or engineering industry. At least 2 years of senior management experience overseeing supervisors or managers. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Full, clean driver's licence.
