About the Role: As an MOT Technician/Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles. You’ll be responsible for conducting MOT tests, diagnosing and repairing faults, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct MOT tests and complete the necessary paperwork. * Diagnose and repair vehicle faults efficiently. * Perform routine service and maintenance tasks. * Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer care. * Collaborate with other team members to achieve service targets. What We’re Looking For: * Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. * Current MOT Tester certification. * Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * A proactive approach and ability to work under pressure.
