Senior Site Manager - Residential / Externals North London Up to £80,000 + Comprehensive Package + Bonus January 2024 Permanent A leading residential developer, are looking to appoint a Senor Site Manager for the next phase of an exciting major development North London. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will form part of the leadership team on this mixed- use development. The project will see over 500 units built over 12 blocks plus commercial and retail units. There will be extensive car parking, pedestrian routes, access roads and associated civils works. Your experience with external packages particularly in groundworks, landscaping and roads will determine your suitability for this Senior Site Manager position The following skills, attributes and experience will be required • Degree in Construction Management or Civil engineering • Preferably minimum of 10 years site management experience • Externals experience in groundworks, landscaping, rc frame and roads • SMSTS / CSCS (black) / 1st Aid An excellent salary and package will be offered a long with long term job security and the opportunity to work a leading London developer.
