Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef ready to progress to Head Chef. This role is ideal for a proactive culinary leader with a background in premium casual dining, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about expanding our all-day menu with a delightful breakfast element. We emphasize work-life balance while maintaining high culinary standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in menu development, focusing on innovative breakfast offerings. Source and collaborate with local and new suppliers for the highest quality ingredients. Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of consistent and concise leadership. Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality, instilling pride in every dish served. Work closely with the Head Chef to drive business growth and enhance the overall dining experience. Cost and manage kitchen budgets effectively, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior sous chef role within a premium casual dining environment. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary trends, especially in breakfast cuisine. Excellent leadership, communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
