About Our Client
You will be working for a large Public Sector organisation based in London.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant will be as follows:
- Deliver a world class recruitment life-cycle process including talent mapping, market mapping, identifying talent, recruitment strategy, developing and negotiating executive compensation packages, offers and on-boarding etc.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead with the production of data-driven insight to influence business strategy and talent decisions, and providing accurate reporting and analysis of recruitment activity.
- Support the development and building of internal capability by connecting leaders to the external talent market.
- Ensure the success of the talent management and succession planning approach through targeted campaigns and undertaking a review of both internal and external talent pipelines for executive/business critical roles.
- Develop and maintain external networks with relevant industry contacts and suppliers, association memberships, and hiring executives e.g. suppliers, Executive Search, LinkedIn.
- Select and deliver a range of attraction methodologies including internal/external events that meet the standards for diversity and fair access of opportunities whilst ensuring cost effective sourcing of quality and relevant candidates.
- Select a range of assessment and selection processes to enable the organisation to make informed choices about candidates.
- Deliver a recruitment service against a scorecard, measured by key performance indicators and service level agreements, objectives and aligned to the demand plan.
- Ensure all delivery is within required framework defined by HR policies and strategy.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant will:
- Understand and know how to apply the jurisdictional law, regulation and agreed policy in relation to recruitment, resourcing and talent.
- Understand a range of approaches to resource talent and how to deliver effective talent and succession solutions working with managers/business area.
- Be able to identify and apply appropriate tools and techniques to develop effective assessments.
- Understand effective attraction and sourcing approaches based on business needs.
- Be able to analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources.
- Demonstrates understanding of client expectations and agrees to success criteria.
What's on Offer
This is a temp ongoing role with immediate start until June 2025.
- Competitive day rate of between £250 - £300 for the successful candidate.
- Hybrid working available.
- Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.
