Key Responsibilities Of The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer Role: Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages. Providing expert advice on all aspects of residential conveyancing. Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.Requirements: Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
