About ProptivityProptivity is a leading indoor 5G service provider across Europe, specializing in high-performance indoor 5G networks.As a neutral host, we enable property owners to provide future-proof, seamless indoor connectivity to tenants and visitors.We're seeking a dynamic UK CEO to lead and grow our operations in the UK market, working closely with our global team to align with Proptivity’s broader goals and ambitions.About the RoleAs the UK CEO, you’ll lead a local team to develop and execute strategies that drive Proptivity’s business in the UK market.You’ll work closely with our global leadership team—and report directly to the Group CEO.Your primary responsibility is driving market penetration and sales growth through your deep knowledge and connections within the UK real estate sector.What You’ll DoLead the UK team and develop the market for Proptivity’s 4G/5G indoor infrastructure solutions.Use your deep sales expertise to secure deals with property developers, owners, and key decision-makers in the commercial real estate market.Drive complex, high-value sales processes from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and finalization. You’ll excel in enterprise sales, where deals are large, multifaceted, and involve multiple stakeholders.Consult with clients to understand their unique challenges and position Proptivity’s solutions as the best fit for their buildings.Collaborate with Proptivity’s tech and marketing teams to align business goals with customer needs, ensuring seamless delivery of our solutions.Represent Proptivity in the UK real estate and telecom markets, building relationships that drive growth.Oversee the financial performance of the UK business, including managing P&L, budgets, and long-term planning.Who You AreA senior leader with 10-15 years of relevant real estate experience, with 5+ years in a C-suite or senior leadership position.Proven experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management, with a track record of closing large, complex deals in the commercial property or related space.A consultative, solutions-oriented approach to sales, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and navigate long sales cycles.Strong own network of property developers, landlords, and other decision-makers in commercial real estate, especially in London market.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant fieldP&L experience and a strong commercial mindset.Why Proptivity?Proptivity is a leading provider of high-performing 4G/5G infrastructure inside commercial buildings, transforming indoor connectivity.We’re expanding across Europe, and the UK market is central to that growth.
