Interim HR Change Consultant

A charity based in London, based in London are looking for an Interim HR Change Consultant to join immediately available. The role is fully remote with 2 days a month in London. The role is to lead and / or support a large scale change program. Client Details A not-for-profit SME Charity Based in London Description Interim HR Change Consultant to: - Support a HR Director lead a large scale change program - Lead on the consultation process - Support the redundancy process - Support redeployment of staff - Provide advice and communication to employees - Amongst other responsibilities Profile A Interim HR Change Consultant with: - Previous experience of leading / supporting large scale change programs, including restructure and redundancies - Previous consultation experience - Immediately Available Job Offer Interim HR Change Consultant 6 month role initially £2-300 per day Fully remote role with 2 days a month travel in Central London Immediate Start
