Plasterer/Multi

We are looking for a Plasterers to work in Ealing Area for work on a social housing maintenance contract. This is for a new contract being rolled out for a major housing association Responsibilities for the Plasterer role: * Plasterers are required to have NVQ or relevant experience in as a Plasterer in the construction or renovation industry. * Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. * Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client. * Ensuring all work are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. * Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. * Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed. The successful candidate will be joining a new repairs team in the West London area, some of the jobs may include plastering, boarding and skimming, rendering, decoration, mould treatment and general plastering repairs. Requirements * Plastering core strength trade background with some other skills preferably * A full valid U.K driving license * Good verbal and written communication * Experience of working in social housing (desirable)
