Quantity Surveyor
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of my client a Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well established contractor within the facades/cladding sector.
The company is a well established Main Contractor who are based in the London area and they have a number of projects throughout the UK within the facades Sector. They are currently looking to expand their commercial team

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Tendering
- Valuations
- Reporting
- Costing
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Facades/Cladding/External works experience
- JCT experience
- Hardworking / Conscientious
- Ability to meet targets / deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel as and when required to site
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Basic Salary 60- 80k based on experience. My client will also consider Senior Quantity Surveyors as well .
